Mather Neighbors was formed in 2005 in response to the senior living facilities proposed by Mather Lifeways for the properties that it owns at Hinman and Davis Streets in Evanston, Illinois. While the group supported the construction of new facilities, we remain concerned about the height and density of the project which violated seventeen zoning regulations for the properties.
